
Web-Link Client Access Service
The Web-Link service was designed to work hand-in-hand with the Collections Management software to provide your clients with easy access to their data.
Web-Link allows a user on your system to perform a 'one button' upload of all pertinant data to RZ Designs' secure server. We in turn make that data available to your clients through the Web-Link internet site hosted on our servers. You control the 'freshness' of the data by the frequency you perform the upload.
You control which clients you sign-up. Adding and removing a client from service is built in to the Web-Link access screen and may be performed at any time.
Some of the benefits of this service include:
NEW! - Placement Entry - The Web-Link service has just been expanded to allow your clients to either manually add new placements, or, upload new placement files direct via the web interface. These new placements are then downloaded to your computer for import into the Collections Management program.
NEW! - Payment Entry - The Web-Link service has just been expanded to allow your clients to manually add payments received (pay directs) via the web interface. These payments are then downloaded to your computer for entry into the Collections Management program.
Security - All data transfers are via SSL encripted transfer. Client browser access is via secure SSL also, in addition to log-in name and password. Client access is limited to only their placements.
Simplicity - All data transfers are performed with the click of a button. There is no setup of additional software for your client. Payment is automatic and easy via credit card.
Productivity - Your employees are not burdened by client requests for information and updates. Their data is accessible to them 24/7 as they want it. This alone is probably a cost savings far greater than the cost of the service.
